The store at 377 Main Street, Barrel & Baskit, is building a team of energetic service and retail professionals who enjoy food, small towns and teamwork as we open our doors in June. We will operate seven days a week (Monday - Friday 6:30a-7p, Saturday 7:30a-7p, Sunday 7:30a-3p) and we seek a variety of staffing levels and skill sets to establish a thriving store and expand our involvement in the community.

Available Positions:
OFFICE/MARKETING ASSISTANT
This position is an important part time role that will support the entire team with inventory management, office organization and marketing communications support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and creative; familiarity with MailChimp and Instagram is highly desired. This position will provide 8-10 hours of weekly support and while many of the job responsibilities can be performed remotely, a minimum of two hours are required on site before 5pm on weekdays. Hourly position, 5-8 hours per week, with an hourly rate commensurate with experience. This position is not available for seasonal employment.

PRODUCTION TEAM LEADS
These two team members will lead our meal kit production each week and must have availability Sunday - Tuesday. This is a great position for a foodie who loves organization and working independently. The leads will primarily measure and label dry spices and liquid ingredients per recipe specifications, package proteins and produce, and measure ingredients per customer orders with extreme accuracy. The leads will organize support staff tasks, conduct quality control checks, and will facilitate customer pickup and shipping. Leads must be able to regularly lift material/cases of 20-30 lbs and work standing 4-6 hours with or without accommodation, and must be 18 years of age or older.
